3rd/4th Grade Transitional

The Transitional 3/4 Division was created to provide a more robust Basketball experience for those children who wanting more than just a clinic environment.

The program begins with a skills clinic for the first few weeks, meeting once or twice per week for an hour or so.  These clinics are designed to enhance skills and teach fundamental concepts of the game.  After the first few weeks, there is a skills evaluation / draft to place the participants on teams, with the intent being to make the teams as balanced as possible.  For the remaining weeks, players meet two days per week, with one being a skills clinic, and games on Saturdays.  These games are generally 4 vs. 4 games with 6 minute quarters and a running clock.
